HDPE/SBS热塑性弹性体复合材料的性能研究

摘要 采用不同含量热塑性弹性体(SBS)与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行共混;采用3种不同方法制备复合材料:直接混合、两段共混和母料法,得到了性能不同的复合材料。对复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、偏光显微、维卡软化温度等性能进行了测试。实验结果表明:通过母料法得到的复合材料综合性能最优越,共混组分中SBS质量分数为25%时,复合材料的综合性能最好。 High density polyethylene (HDPE) was blended with different contents of styrene-butadienestyrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer. The composites were prepared by means of three different methods: direct mixing, two-stage blending and masterbatch blending. The tensile strength, impact strength, and thermal properties of the prepared composites were tested by means of polarimeter microscope and softening temperature test. The results indicated the general properties of the composite prepared by means of masterbatch blending were the optimum, and when the mass fraction of SBS was 25% , the overall properties of the composite were the best.
