摘要
运用SWOT-PEST分析方法,从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境四个方面对杭州社区医院发展的内部优势、外部机遇以及内部劣势、外部威胁进行了系统分析,并提出其发展的SO战略(即发挥优势,利用机遇)和WT战略(即减少弱点,回避威胁),以期对杭州社区医院的发展有所裨益,对其它各地社区医院的发展有所启示。
We analyzed political, economic, social and technical environments of Hangzhou community hospitals, and their internal advantage, external opportunity, internal weakness and external threat with SWOT- PEST method. So we proposed SO and WT strategy in order to promote Hangzhou community hospitals development and give some illuminations to other community hospitals.
