应对高校学生意外伤亡事故的几点思考

Reflections on College Students' Accidental Injury and Death

随着高校办学规模的扩大,在校学生数的增多,学生意外伤亡事故频发。本文在对高校意外伤亡事故的定义、特点、常见类型和主要原因分析的基础上,提出了预防为主、科学施救、依法处置等应对大学生意外伤亡事故的措施。

With the broadening scale of colleges and universities as well as the soaring number of students enrolhnent, accidental injury and death occur frequently. This paper, based on analysing its definition,charateristics,commom classification and main causes, proposes some countermeasures to tackle the above-mentioned issue ,which are critical prevention , available scientific rescue, and to disposal in accordance to the law and regulations.
