On the Training Courses of Criminal Procedural Law

刑事诉讼法是法律事务专业学生的专业核心课程,其教学成败对学生今后法律职业道路影响深远。本文结合笔者多年的教学经验进行反思,从刑事诉讼实训课程设立的目的、意义、原则出发,提出庭审现场观摩、庭审录像演示及点评以及模拟实训等一套刑事诉讼法实训课程的教学模式。

Criminal Procedure Law is the core course for a student majoring in law. So the success or failure of its teaching has far-reaching impact on students＂ future legal career. With many years＂ teaching experience,based on the purposes, meaning and principles of criminal training courses, it proposed a new teaching mode of Criminal Procedure Training course including observing the live trial, demonstration of the trial video and Simulation Training etc.
