摘要
酒店员工流失已经成为酒店行业的重大症状之一。本文分析酒店行业目前的员工流失现状,找出问题的原因,并针对酒店的行业特点为酒店管理者提出相对有效的管理对策,以期降低员工流失率,提高企业绩效,推动我国旅游酒店业的健康发展。
Losing of hotel employees has become one of the major symptoms in hotel industry. This paper will analyze the hotel industry's current status of the loss of staff to find out the cause of the problem, made a relatively effective management response for hotel managers according to the characteristics of hotel industry, in order to reduce the rate of turnover and improve business performance, and promote the healthy development of the hotel industry in China.
