摘要
做好民办高校学生党建工作,是关系到民办高校能否和谐发展的重要方面,是当代青年健康成长的迫切需要。高校党组织应认真思考、冷静面对民办高校学生党员中存在的问题,转变观念、改进方法,提高学生党员综合素质,充分体现共产党员的先进性。同时,要积极探索、努力创新,建立先进性教育的长效机制。
Well - organized Party construction work is an important aspect in the harmonious development of private colleges, and the requirements of the healthy growing of modern youths as well. Party organizations in colleges should consider the existing problems seriously and calmly, transform the concept and improve the method to elevate the qualities of the student Party members and make them to be progressive, innovative and forward - thinking. At the same time, colleges should build a mechanism for the education of Party members＇ advancement with active exploration.
