摘要
情态动词在商务合同中的广泛使用不仅增强了语言表达的灵活性,又确保了合同的有效性。正确运用情态动词有利于恰当地表达情感,传递信息和促进交际的成功。因此,以"言语行为理论"作为理论框架,探讨情态动词所能实现的各种言外行为,以明确情态动词在商务合同中的语义及语用功能是十分必要的。
The wide use of modal verbs in business contracts can improve the fluency of expression and ensure its validity. Thus, the proper use of modal verbs can facilitate the emotional expression, transfer information and enhance successful communication. Therefore, it is significant to explore the illocutionary act reflected by modal verbs, based on the Speech Act Theory, in order to clarify their semantic and pragmatic functions in business contracts.
