摘要
目的:建立参菊洗剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用常规法、培养基稀释法、薄膜过滤法、离心集菌薄膜过滤法对参菊洗剂的微生物限度检查进行试验。结果:参菊洗剂的抑菌作用强,细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数须采用离心集菌薄膜过滤法;金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌检查采用薄膜过滤法;生孢梭菌检查采用培养基稀释法才能彻底消除其抑菌作用。结论:该方法可行性强,检查结果符合《中国药典》2005年版的要求。
Objective: To establish the testing method of microbial limit for Shenju Lotion. Methods: Routine method, medium diluting method, membrane filtration method and centrifuging and membrane filtering method were used for the test of the microbial limit on Shenju Lotion. Results: Shenju Lotion had higher antimicrobial effects: bacteria, molds and yeasts must be eliminated by centrifuging and membrane filtering method. Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were counted by membrane filtration method. Clostridium sporogenes was tested by medium diluting method. Conclusion: This method is feasible and the result is consistent with the requirement in Edition 2005 Pharmacopoeia of PRC.
