摘要
提出1套基于BPS条码定位系统的堆垛机速度控制与认址方法,阐述了BPS的组成以及基于BPS实现速度控制与认址的关键技术,实现了堆垛机运行的绝对认址、准确定位、无级调速以及零速停车,有效地提高了堆垛机的运行效率与存取货物的安全性。
The paper covers BPS based stacker speed control and positioning method, focusing on BPS＇s composition and the key technologies to realize speed control, stepless speed regulating, zero speed parking, absolutely and accurately positioning. It can make stacker operation more efficiently and safely.
