摘要
采用高性能ATmega128作为力矩限制器的控制核心,在提高数据处理速度的同时,其内部资源可提高系统的集成度,从而提高系统工作的可靠性。通过隔离电源设计和低成本的线性模拟信号隔离及滤波方案,可大大提高力矩限制器的抗干扰能力。采用uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统对系统任务进行统一调度,数字滤波可进一步提升系统的可靠性。
In order to improving limiter's reliability, ATmega128 is used as control core of moment limiter to enhance speed of data processing and the system integration. Isolating power supply, low cost linear simulating signal and digital filtering are applied to improve its anti - interference capability. The digital filtering serves to further improve the system reliability due to using uC/OS - Ⅱ operation system for unified scheduling.
