Finite element analysis of and structure improyement to final drive gear for loader

结合某装载机终传动齿轮的强度设计,运用有限元分析理论,借助计算机软件ANSYS,对齿轮的静态特性进行分析,得出了装载机终传动齿轮的强度特性,将分析结果以应力云图、变形云图的形式直观显示出来并提出了齿轮结构改进的方案。

Combining with strength calculation of drive gear for loader, the paper uses finite element analysis theory and software ANSYS to carry out the static characteristics of the gear and get its strength characteristics. Also, it shows analysis results in cloud chart of stress and deformation and gives an improved solution to the gear.
