基于ARM9的铁路客车发电机系统试验台的设计

摘要 针对铁路新型客车发电机和控制系统的应用,以及原有铁路客车发电机系统试验台存在的问题,设计了新型发电机系统试验台。该试验台以A1LM9为核心,以嵌入式Linux为操作系统,具有以太网接口、SD卡存储器和液晶触摸显示屏的友好人机接口。设计了以IGBT为主控元件的负载调控模块.实现负载电流的自动调整。该试验台具有体积小、测控精度高、自动化程度高等特点。 In view of the new passenger train generator and control system's application, as well as the original passenger train generator system test platform's questions, the new test platform of generator system has been designed. This test platform takes ALUM9 as the core, takes embedded Linux as the operating system, has the ethemet connection, the SD card memory and friendly man-machine connection of the touchable liquid crystal display inonitor. It has designed load regulation module which takes IGBT as master element, has realized the load current automatic control. This test platform has many characteristics, such as the small volume, the high examination and control precision, the high automaticity and so on.
