Learning community, as a type of situational leaming mode which is different from the traditional schooling, is clarified. Virtual learning community relying on network with the characteristics of common direction, multi space time, distribution, sociality, alternation and equality is an important form of learning community. As a widely applied sociality software to build up network repository, the support of Wiki technology to learners in building up virtual learning community is presented
