安全投资评价体系构建及重心法评价模型研究

Establishment of Safety Investment Evaluation System and Study on Evaluation Model Based on Fuzzy Barycenter Decision-making

针对当前安全投资分析方法存在的缺点,在分析了安全投资评价应该考虑的主要因素的基础上,提出并确立了安全投资评价体系。同时运用模糊重心决策法,提出了一种新的安全投资评价模型,并在确定指标权重向量时引入模糊判断矩阵以简化计算,然后对其排序方法进行改进,提高了权重的科学性和实用性。

In view of the shortcomings of safety investment analysis, this paper proposes and establishes a reasonable evaluation system for safety investment on the basis of analysing the main factors considered in safety investment evaluation. By using fuzzy barycenter decisionmaking, this paper creates a new safety investment evaluation model. Jn order to simplify the calculation procedure, the fuzzy judgement matrix is introduced to determine the weight, the ranking method is improved and so it can make the weight more scientific and functional.
