摘要
针对家蚕吐平面丝性状的遗传特点,选育了吐平面丝性状优良的蚕品种ZAU2,并与现行蚕品种进行比较试验,结果ZAU2的平面丝吐出率达到95%左右,明显优于普通品种,与不同实用品种组配成杂交组合,其强健性和吐丝性状都达到实用水平,其中平面丝吐出率显著高与普通实用杂交种。
The commercial silkworm（Bombyx mori） variety ＂ZAU2＂ with the character of spinning in flat-way was bred based on its genetic background. Comparison experiments were carried out between the new variety with other nine practical varieties and also among its hybrids mating with different Chinese strains. It was found that ZAU2 showed higher spun silk rate than other silkworm varieties when spinning in flat-way, and its hybrids mating with some Chinese strains performed similarly to the control in vitality but significantly higher spun silk rate when spinning in flat-way.
