摘要
利用X射线衍射法分析了高炉渣中的非晶态组分含量,比较了利用不同的晶态和非晶态衍射强度得到的高炉渣非晶态比例系数Kss和Khh,得出利用晶态峰面积和非晶态峰面积比求得的高炉渣非晶态比例系数Kss较准确,利用Kss计算的高炉渣中非晶态含量相对误差不超过1%。
The quantitative analysis for amorphous constituests in blast furnace (BF)slag was conducted with X-ray diffraction method. The ratio of amorphous to crystalline constituents was obtained by different kinds of diffraction intensity of them. The results show that the Kss,the ratio of all crystal apexes areas to the amorphous constituents apexes area in the diffraction pattern is more precise with a relative error less than 1%.
