摘要
分析了板坯表面横裂纹产生的原因及低合金高强度钢的强化机理,采用合理的工艺优化措施生产出无缺陷铸坯,特别是在控轧控冷前提下,利用细晶强化和相变强化,并结合缓冷工艺实现微合金的后期析出强化,成功开发出AH60微合金高强度钢板,达到设计强度要求。同时,通过合理应用控轧控冷工艺,降低了合金加入量和生产成本。
The strengthening mechanism of low-alloy high strength steel and the cause of slab surface transverse crack formation were analyzed, the reasonable measures were adopted and AH60 quality slabs were produced, and afterwards AH60 plate was produced successfully. With control rolling and control cooling, grain refining strengthening and phase transformation, precipitation strengthening, the design strength was reached. Through control rolling and control cooling, the alloying element consumption and cost were reduced.
