摘要
对H型钢轧制过程中腹板波浪的产生机理及形成条件进行了研究。利用解析的方法,给出了腹板产生屈曲的临界应力和应变。使用有限元软件MSC.Marc,建立了H型钢轧制的弹塑性有限元模型,并成功地仿真出了腹板屈曲现象,给出了此过程中轧件的应力和变形规律。得到了出现腹板波浪时腹板和翼缘相对压下量的临界比值和半波长等特征值参数。
The mechanism and conditions of web-wave formation during H-beam hot rolling were studied. The critical stress and strain for web buckling were figured out by analytic method. Then, the elastic-plastic finite element model was established to analyze the rolling process with software of MSC. Marc, and the formation of H-beam webwave was simulated successfully. Based on the simulation, the deformation and stress of rolling piece during hot rolling were studied, and the eigenvalues,such as half-wave length and the critical ratio of relative reductions between the web and flange for web buckling, were obtained.
