摘要
通过对液氯泄漏类型和氯气扩散规律的分析,提出了液氯连续泄漏的扩散模型以及危险区域;利用已有的瞬间泄漏扩散模型和笔者提出的液氯连续泄漏扩散模型进行数值模拟,得出液氯连续泄漏事故影响的范围比瞬间泄漏事故影响的范围更大、造成的后果更严重的结论,并针对该模型的不足,提出了需要改进的方向。
If the accident occurred during the transport of liquid chlorine, the consequences could lead to serious harm to people, society and environment. The continuous leakage model of liquid chlorine and the risky area is presented with the analysis of chlorine leakage type and chlorine spreading law. By making use of the existing instant leakage model and the continuous leakage model proposed by the author for the numerical simulation, this paper concludes that the influencing scope of the continuous leakage accident of liquid chlorine is greater than that of the instant leakage accident and the consequences are more serious. This provides valuable reference for the risk assessment of the liquid chlorine transportation. And the shortcomings and some points needed to be improved for this model are also put forward.
