摘要
以河南大平煤矿为例,通过分析大平煤矿以往煤巷掘进的预测数据和试验结果,指出了R值指标法存在的问题,确定了突出敏感指标及其临界值的选定标准、可靠性评价指标以及测试方案,在对测试数据进行统计分析的基础上,得出瓦斯涌出初速度q为该矿井煤巷掘进突出预测的最敏感指标,其临界值取5 L/min,钻屑量S值作为掘进工作面突出危险性预测的辅助指标,临界值取4 kg/m;为矿井煤巷掘进突出危险性预测和效果检验提供了依据。
Through the analysis of the past forecast data and laboratory test results of coal road tunneling in Daping Coal Mine, this paper points out the problems of using the original R value index, determines the outburst sensitivity index, the critical value for the selection and the reliability evaluation index, and designs the testing program of the outburst sensitivity index. On the basis of statistical analysis of the test data, the paper demonstrates that the initial velocity q of gas emission is the most sensitive indicator of the outburst forecast on coal road tunneling and its critical value is 5 L/min, and that S value, the volume of cuttings, can be used as the secondary index of the outburst forecast on diving working face and its critical value is 4 kg/m. All this can provide the technical support for the outburst forecast and effect testing in coal road tunneling.
