碳酸乙烯酯和乙二醇二元体系黏度与密度的测定及关联 被引量:2

Determination and correlation of densities and viscosities for binary mixture of ethylene carbonate and ethylene glycol at different temperatures

摘要 在常压下采用DAM4500型密度计测定了碳酸乙烯酯-乙二醇的混合溶液在313.2—353.2K下的密度,用NDJ-1旋转黏度计测定了该二元体系在相同温度下的黏度.结果表明:碳酸乙烯酯-乙二醇二元体系的密度和黏度均随温度升高而降低,密度呈线性衰减,黏度呈指数衰减.由密度数据计算出超额摩尔体积俨、由黏度数据计算出混合黏度的变化△η,V^E呈正值,△η基本聚集在0附近;同时对不同温度下的超额摩尔体积、混合黏度的变化与组成的关系按Redlich—Kister方程进行了关联,最大标准偏差低于5%,说明此方程适合该体系的回归. Densities and viscosities of the binary mixtures of ethylene carbonate and ethylene glycol were determined between 313.2 K and 353.2 K under atmospheric pressure using the densimeter and the viscometer. Experimental results showed that under a given composition, both the densities and the viscosities decreased with increasing temperature, and the densities decreased linearly while the viscosities decreased exponentially with increasing temperature. Densities and viscosities of solutions were used to calculate excess molar volumes and excess viscosities. The excess molar volumes were positive and the excess viscosities were in the vicinity of zero. The excess molar volumes and the excess viscosities were correlated with Redlich-Kister equation and their relative deviations are less than 5%.
