用单片机控制多路萃取试剂流量

Multiway Extractant Flow Control by Single Chip Microcomputers

提出了一种由单片机控制的萃取试剂流量控制系统。该系统采用定容式计量腔,以时间作为控制变量,具有结构简单、制作要求不高、易满足耐腐蚀要求、不需机械动力和停电自动阻断试剂的特点。

An extractant flow control system based on single chip microcomputers is designed. In the system, constant volume metering chambers are employed with time as the controlled variable. As a result, the system is characterized by simple structure and preparation process and can easily meet the anticorrosion requirements. Furthermore, the system does not rely on mechanical power and can automatically stop extractant flow in case of power failure.
