摘要
目的优化滇桂艾纳香中绿原酸的超声提取工艺。方法根据Box-Benhnken中心组合设计原理,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度对绿原酸提取率的影响。结果与结论最佳提取条件为提取温度80℃,时间31min,乙醇浓度53%,固液比为1:20,提取结果与模型预测值基本相符。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction condition of chlorogenic acid in Blumea raparia( B1. ) DC.. METHODS Response surface method( RSM ) was adopted. According to Box - Benhnken principle for central composite design, three factors and three levels were used to evaluate the influence of concentration of alcohol, extraction temperature and extraction time. The experimental data were disposed by RSM. RESULT and CONCLUSION The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows:concentration of alcohol was 53 %, extraction temperature was 80℃, extraction time was 31 min and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 20. The experimental values agreed with the predicted values.
