摘要
目的探讨脑栓通注射液抗脑缺血的作用机制。方法采用线栓法致大鼠局灶性脑缺血,通过免疫组织化学方法检测脑组织中Caspase-3、细胞色素C(CytC)蛋白的表达。结果缺血再灌注可诱导大鼠脑组织中Caspase-3、CytC表达的增强,脑栓通注射液能下调Caspase-3、CytC蛋白的表达。结论脑栓通注射液能抑制脑缺血再灌注后Caspase-3、CytC蛋白的表达,可能是其脑保护作用的机制之一。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the functional mechanism of protecting on cerebral ischemia damage with Nao Shuantong injection. METHODS Rats focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was induced by the origin of MCA occlusion with a nylon suture. The expressions of Caspase -3 and Cytochrome C(CytC) were observed by immunochemistry method after cerebral ischemia for 2 h followed by reperfusion for 24 hours. RESULTS The expressions of Caspase - 3 and CytC protein were increased after cerebral ischemia. compared with the model group,Nao Shuantong injection significantly decreased the expressions of Caspase - 3 and CytC compared with the model group. CONCLUSION Nao Shuantong injection can reduce the activation of Caspase - 3 and CytCpretein after cerebral isehemia damage. It might contribute to its neuroprotective effects.
