RP-HPLC测定不同厂家六味地黄浓缩丸中的没食子酸

Content determination of galic acid in Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills by RP-HPLC

目的测定六味地黄浓缩丸中的没食子酸,并比较不同厂家产品中没食子酸的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Alltima C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸梯度洗脱,流速为0.5ml·min-1,检测波长为242nm,进样量5μl,时间为30min,柱温为30℃。结果没食子酸线性回归方程为:Y=7.526×103X-47.308(r=0.9994),线性范围0.103～1.648μg;平均加样回收率为98.96%(RSD=1.16%)。结论所建方法简便、准确、稳定、可靠,可评价不同厂家的六味地黄浓缩丸。

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of gallic acid in Liuwei Dihuang concentrated pills and to compare the contents in products from different pharmaceutical companies. METHODS RP - HPLC was adopted, using Alltima C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of aeetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid with program elution at a flow - rate of 0.5 ml. min^- 1. The detection wavelength was 242 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 103 - 1. 648μg （ r = 0. 9994）. The average recovery was 98.96% with RSD of 1.16%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used to evaluate the quality of Liuwei Dihuang Concentrated pills from different pharmaceutical companies.
