高铜对雏鸡肝脏影响的研究

摘要 为探讨日粮铜添加水平对雏鸡肝脏及相关血液生化指标的影响,将420只1日龄艾维因肉鸡随机分为7组,分别喂以对照日粮(Cu11mg/kg)和高铜日粮(Cu100mg/kg,高铜Ⅰ组;Cu200mg/kg,高铜Ⅱ组;Cu300mg/kg,高铜Ⅲ组,Cu400mg/kg,高铜Ⅳ组;Cu500mg/kg,高铜Ⅴ组;Cu600mg/kg,高铜Ⅵ组)6周。高铜Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组雏鸡肝脏出现不同程度的病理损害,肝细胞颗粒变性和脂肪变性;透射电镜观察,肝细胞线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂甚至溶解消失。除高铜Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组外,其余高铜组肝脏铜含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。高铜Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮铜含量200~600mg/kg可引起肝脏病理损伤。 The experiment was conducted with the objective of examining the effect of dietary high copper on liver in chickens by the methods of experimental pathology. 420 one-day-age Avian chickens were randomly divided into seven groups,and fed on diets as follows:control group(Cu 11 mg/kg)and high copper(Cu 100mg/kg,high copper group Ⅰ;Cu 200 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅱ ;Cu 300 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅲ ;Cu 400 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅳ ;Cu 500 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅴ ;Cu 600 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅵ )for six weeks. Pathologically lesions appeared in high copper groups Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ when compared with control group. Hepatocytes showed granular and fatty degeneration. Uhrastructurally,the mitochondria of hepatocytes were swollen,and its crista were broken and/or disappeared in high copper groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ. Also,liver copper content were much higher in high copper groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ than that in control group (P〈0.01). The serum glutamic pyruvic transminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activities were much higher in high copper groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ than that in control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).
