摘要
目的探讨有机铬对糖尿病的治疗作用和机理。方法取60只雄性小鼠腹腔注射中等剂量链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,另取10只为正常对照组。将60只糖尿病模型小鼠随机分为糖尿病对照组、阳性对照组和高、中、低剂量富铬酵母组各12只。正常对照组和糖尿病对照组均灌服蒸馏水,阳性对照组灌服二甲双胍2.1273mg/(10 g.d),高、中、低富铬酵母组分别灌服500、250、125μg/(kg.d)富铬酵母水溶液,连续给药4周,实验期间适当降温。观察各组给药前后进食、饮水、肢端坏疽情况及血糖水平、耳廓微循环指标变化。结果给药第3周末,除正常对照组外其余各组均出现不同程度肢端坏疽;与糖尿病对照组比较,高、中、低剂量富铬酵母组血糖水平明显降低、耳廓微循环指标明显改善,且作用具有剂量依赖性。结论富铬酵母可作为治疗糖尿病的辅助性药物。
Objective To observe the effect of the chromium yeast on the microcirculation of the experimental diabetic foot mouse,and explore the mechanism function and effective dose of organic chromium to diabetes.Methods In order to establish mouse model with diabetic foot, male KM mice were injected with moderate dose of Steptozotocin( STZ), and then the room temperature was down regulated appropriately. Duplicated the experimental diabetic mouse model with the chain urea.Each treatment group was intervened by chromium yeast high dose, medium dose, low dose and melbinum, then tested the body weight, the level of blood glucose, and the change of microcirculation of each group. Results The chromium yeast can improve the sugar metabolism in body and the chromium yeast also have the tendency to improve the situation of mierocycle, which depends on the dosage. Conclusion The chromium yeast can be used as a kind of auxiliary drug to treat diabetes.
