摘要
目的探讨早期雾化吸入低分子肝素(LMWH)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的肺保护作用。方法将30只大鼠随机分为三组,每组10只。模型组及干预组采用香烟熏吸加气道内注入脂多糖法建立COPD模型;干预组造模同时予LMWH雾化吸入;对照组不行特殊处理。测定三组肺泡灌洗液(BALF)白细胞计数及分类、动脉血气指标改变并观察肺组织形态学变化。结果模型组肺组织病理学改变基本符合人类COPD组织病理学改变特点;干预组BALF内白细胞总数及中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞数较模型组显著降低,肺泡巨噬细胞增多,动脉血PaO2、PaCO2明显改善。结论早期雾化吸入低分子肝素对COPD大鼠肺功能有一定的抗炎保护作用。
Objective To investigate the precautionary effect of early atomizing inhalation of LMWH on rats of COPD. Methods Thirty rats were divided into three groups,with 10 in each.The COPD model was established by intratraeheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide, exposed to cigarette smoking and atomizing inhalation of LMWH. The total and different white blood cell counts of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and the blood gas analysis were determined. Results The model group rats shared specific pathological features in trachea, bronchi and lung tissues with that of human chronic bronchitis and obstructive emphesema. The total white blood cells and neutrophils in BALF in precaution group decreased obviously meanwhile alveolar macrophages had evident increase,compared with the control group;PaO2 and PaCO2 improved significantly.There were significant differences among normal group, model group and intervention group. Conclusion Atomizing inhalation of LMWH has preventive and protective effects in the early state of rat model of COPD.
