摘要
针对目前电炉冶炼不锈钢时采用发泡剂造泡沫渣的需求和硝酸盐在高温下分解能够提供更充足气源的优点,在实验室中频感应炉中对选定的低氟硝酸盐型发泡剂进行了正交试验,以考察其发泡性能。通过对各因素影响发泡效果强弱的分析,得到了其作用的强弱依次为:发泡剂加入量>w(Cr2O3)>碱度>硝酸钙与碳的质量比。此外还通过模式识别方法对发泡剂成分进行优化,得到了适合工艺操作的合理配方。
Due to the requirement of forming foaming slag using foaming agent during melting stainless steel in EAF and because the nitrate can release more gas during decomposition reaction at high temperature, orthogonal experiments on foaming behavior of selected low fluoride nitrated foaming agent were made with a 2 500 Hz induction furnace in laboratory, in order to investigate its foaming behavior. The results showed that the charged quantity of foaming agent was the most important factor affecting the foaming height of slag, followed by Cr2O3 contents, basicity of slags, and the mass ratio of nitrite/carbon. Besides, pattern-recognition-method was used to optimize the component of foaming agent, which can become more reasonable in the practice.
