摘要
板带钢表面质量已成为钢铁市场竞争的关键性指标之一。由于变差或失效广泛存在于连铸钢坯、轧制设备、加工工艺等环节中,致使板带钢表面产生的缺陷属性各异、程度不同。结合生产实际,将带钢表面质量评价抽象为缺陷属性的权值确知且属性值能以模糊语言形式给出的多属性决策问题。定义模糊语言区间度表达式,构造互补判断矩阵,求出排序向量进而对钢卷表面质量评价进行排序。实例表明该方法可行、简洁、有效、易于计算机计算。
The strip steel is one of the main products in steel industry and its surface quality is more and more important index due to the competition of market. Since there are multiple deviations and failures in continuous casting billet, rolling equipment, forming technological process and so on, there are many different types of defects on the steel surface, which are caused by these factors. The surface quality of strip steel as a problem is proposed, in which the attribute weights of defects definition were precisely known and attribute values could be given in the forms of fuzzy linguistic assessment. The interval scale expression of the fuzzy linguistic assessment is defined. The fuzzy complementary judgement matrix is established. The priority of vector is derived hy using the given priority formula. And then, the surface quality of strip steel is ranked by using these priority vectors. Finally a practical example is given. The result shows that the approach is feasible, simple and effective, which can be performed on computer efficiently.
