330MW汽轮发电机转子复合性绝缘故障的诊断分析及处理

摘要 汽轮发电机在转子绕组发生较严重的接地或匝间短路故障后,能否实现对故障所属类型的正确诊断和对故障所在部位的准确定位,是决定在发电厂现场或是送制造厂对故障进行消缺处理的关键。本文介绍了一个通过采用多种试验手段并综合分析,实现对复合性绝缘故障诊断和定位及现场进行故障消缺的实例,可为处理类似发电机转子故障提供参考。 When severe grounding fault or turn-to-turn short circuit happens in the rotor of turbogenerator, precise fault location and right judgment of fault type will attach great importance to the further steps to deal with the fault at power plant field or at manufacture. This paper introduces an instance of diagnosis and location for the composite insulation fault as well as the spot treatment, through many kinds of experimental measures and comprehensive analysis. The results can provide reference for solving similar faults of generator rotor.
