新型空冷汽轮发电机的优化设计研究

摘要 为提高空冷汽轮发电机调峰运行、过负荷运行、不对称负荷运行、进相运行、失磁异步运行的能力,JPEF(济南发电设备厂)对新型空冷汽轮发电机进行了优化设计,改进了冷却风路,转子应用了空内冷技术,并将转子线圈在中部固定,采用了由端部镀银的整根铜槽楔和锆铜环组成的阻尼笼结构,应用双槽楔和压板固定定子线棒,端部应用了电屏蔽和磁屏蔽。转子线圈由铜银合金冷拉导线制成,采用了导热能力强、耐电强度大、耐热温度高的新型绝缘材料。通过优化设计,JPEF生产的新型空冷汽轮发电机除了能运行于正常状态外,还能短时运行在上述异常状况。 In order to improve the capability of air-cooled turbogenerator operating at peak load regulation, over load, asymmetry load, leading phase and asynchronous operation at loss of magnetism etc, JPEF performed optimal design in the new type of air-cooled turbogenerator, including the improvement of coofing air circuit, application of inner air cooling technique, fixation of the rotor winding in middle part, damping cage made up of silver-gilt full length copper slot wage, stator bar fixed with double slot wage and press plate, as well as electric and magnetic shield in stator end. Rotor winding are made up of copper silver alloy cold draught lead. New insulation material that conduct heat, endure electrical and thermal stress better is adopted. Through optimal design, the new type of air-cooled turbogenerator can work at abnormal conditions at short time.
