全龄人工饲料育家蚕饲料效率的研究

Study on Feed Efficiency of Silkworm Reared with Artificial Diet for All Instars

采用新曙、黄白、先驱、春岭×钟月等6个蚕品种，全龄人工饲料育，1—5龄给饵2—3次，对各品种及不同给饵方式饲料效率进行了调查。结果表明，品种间食下量、消化量、全茧重及茧层重的饲料生产效率、全茧重转换效率均差异显著或极显著；不同给饵方式之间食下量、消化量差异极显著，其它方面差异不显著。总体评价以粗纤度品种先驱饲料利用效率最好，全龄3回给饵方式（1—3龄1次，4龄1次，5龄1次）比较合理。

The feed efficiency of different varieties and feeding methods was investigated with 6 varieties such as Xinshu, Huangbai, Xianqu, Chunling × Zhongyue, which were reared by artificial diet for all instars and fed 2 - 3 times during the entire larval development. The differences of amount of ingested food, amount of food digested, the feed production efficiency of whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight and the transfer efficiency of whole cocoon weight among varieties reached significant level or very significant level; there were very significant differences in amount of ingested food and amount of food digested among different feeding methods, while there were no significant differences in other sides. The feed utilization efficiency of Xianqu with super- coarse filament was the highest, and method A of 3 -time feedings was more reasonable.
