The expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor in the human placenta of low level lead exposure during pragnancy

摘要 目的:探讨孕期低水平铅暴露时,人胎盘组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及意义。方法:选择青岛市2005年3月~2006年3月孕期血铅水平在30~60μg/l的孕妇35例,血铅水平在60~100μg/l的孕妇32例,应用免疫组化法检测胎盘组织中VEGF的表达及与孕期血铅含量的关系。结果:VEGF表达于细胞的胞浆,在胎盘组织的蜕膜细胞、细胞滋养细胞及血管内皮细胞呈弥漫性分布或散在分布,两组比较,血铅高水平组胎盘VEGF表达强度显著减低(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在胎盘中主要由绒毛滋养细胞分泌,孕期铅暴露胎盘VEGF分泌减少,可能是引起胎盘病理改变的原因之一。 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the placenta of women exposed to low level lead during pragnancy. Methods : From March 2005 to March 2006, pregnant women were selected from Qingdao city: 35 cases with blood lead ranged from 30 to 60 μg/L, 32 cases ranged from 60 to 100 μg/L. The expressions of VEGF were measured with immunohistrochemistry in placental tissues. Results: The positive expression of VEGF was mainly cytoplastic staining in the cytotrophoblast cells, decidual cells and small vascular endothelial cells. The positive cells were diffused or scattered. The distribution of VEGF in placenta with low level lead exposure was significantly higher than those with high level lead exposure ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: VEGF is secreted mainly by syncytiotrophoblast in human placenta. The reduced expression of VEGF might be one of the pathological causes of placenta abnormality.
