微波测量烧结混合料水分的试验研究

The Experimental Research of Microwave Moisture Measuring Technique on Sinter Mixture

本文主要研究微波测水技术在烧结混合料上的应用情况。试验结果表明,微波水分仪能够正确反应混合料水分变化趋势,测量的标准偏差为0.14%,绝对误差≤0.24%。微波测水技术能够应用于烧结混合料。

This research mainly studies the application of microwave moisture measuring technique on sinter mixture. The results indicate that microwave moisture measurement analyzer could correctly reflect the trend of sinter mixture＇s moisture change, the standard deviation is 0. 14%, the absolute error is less than 0.24%. Microwave moisture measuring technique could be applied in sinter mixture preparation.
