巴西GA公司烧结机施工中圆筒混合机托辊运转不灵原因分析及排除

摘要 分析了巴西GA工程施工中圆筒混合机托辊发生刮卡的原因。经过施工全过程排查和对照设计图实测,发现导致托辊运转不灵的原因是由于金属迷宫密封所留的间隙太小,经现场重新设计和加工托辊后,故障得以排除。建议大型圆筒混合机托辊轴承金属密封的间隙其径向以3 mm^5 mm;轴向以3 mm^4 mm为佳。 The reasons of drum mixer roller rotary non-skid in GA sintering engineer construction were analyzed. Through examining the whole construction process and measuring the install sizes compare with design drawings, the main reason which result in roller non-skid was found out, e.g.the design gaps of labyrinth-type were too mirrow. After redesign and remanufacture, the fault was remedied. And the proper gaps value that radial of 3mm - 5mm, axial 3mm - 4mm were proposed by the auther.
