改善攀钢6号烧结机横向烧结均匀性的措施

About the Improvement of Sintering Uniformity along Pallet Transverse on PANGANG No.6 Sintering Machine

针对攀钢6号烧结机混合料成团,分散性及混匀度差,导致台车布料时横向不均匀,影响烧结过程和烧结矿质量的问题,通过在精矿圆盘后安装平料板、梭式皮带前安装反射板、控制合理的大矿槽料位,高炉返矿仓安装料位计等措施,使物料分散度提高,台车上横向的混合料粒度偏析减小,烧结机操作稳定性改善,烧结矿产量增加。

By installing the cut-off leveling plate after concentrate ore disc feeder, installing deflector plate before the shuttle ear belt, controlling the reasonable material level in bin for mixed material, setting the level meters in the pre-skip returns bin etc., the dispersion degree of mixture was increased, the mixture particle segregation was reduced along pallet transverse in PANGANG No6 sintering plant. As a result the sintering operation was further stabilized and the sinter quantity was improved.
