混凝土生态膜法同步硝化反硝化脱氮研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON NITROGEN REMOVAL OF CONCRETE ECO-FILM BY SIMULTANEOUS NITRIFICATION AND DENITRIFICATION

摘要 采用自制的低成本混凝土生态膜及其膜反应器,研究反应器中同步硝化反硝化过程中各种影响因素及其发生的机理。试验表明,在自然复氧条件下,常温常压下,进水COD浓度为200mg·L-1,碳氮比为8,HRT为3h,pH为7.5左右时,反应器中SND脱氮保持良好的效果,溶解氧在反应器和生物膜体中分布不均匀是SND脱氮机理的主要原因。 The low cost of concrete eco-film and biological reactor was used in the experiment and the factors and the mechanism of nitrogen removal of concrete eco-film were studied by simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. The results showed that the efficiency of SND nitrogen removal is satisfactory on the natural aeration and normal temperature and pressure, the optimum conditions are as follows: the infall about of COD=200 mg·L^-1, C/N=8, HRT=3 h, pH=7.5. The main cause of nitrogen removal mechanism was the uneven distribution of the DO in the reactor and the biology film.
