摘要
采用混凝沉淀-接触厌氧-接触氧化组合工艺处理针织染整废水,并对工艺单元的特点和运行进行了分析。运行结果表明,混凝沉淀池对COD和色度的去除率分别为60.2%和83.8%;接触厌氧池和接触氧化池的容积负荷分别为0.62kg COD·m-·3d-1和0.46kg COD·m-·3d-1。当进水COD、BOD5、SS和硫化物的浓度分别为905.2、261.5、446.8、45.9mg·L-1,色度为780倍时,出水COD、BOD5、SS和硫化物的浓度分别为72.3、14.1、47.6、0.25mg·L-1,色度为30倍。混凝-接触厌氧-接触氧化组合工艺可实现针织染整废水长期稳定达标排放。
Coagulation, anaerobic contact tank and aerobic contact tank process was employed for textile wastewater. Characteristics and the operation of process units were analyzed. The running results showed that COD and color removal rate of coagulation sediment tank were 60.2% and 83.8%, respectively. COD volume loading of anaerobic contact tank and aerobic contact tank were 0.62 kgCOD·m^-3·d^-1 and 0.46 kgCOD·m^-3·d^-1, respectively. Concentration of COD, BOD5, SS, color and sulfide in effluent were 72.3 mg·L^-1, 14.1 mg·L^-1, 47.6 mg·L^-1, 30 times and 0.25 mg·L^-1 when concentration of COD, BOD5, SS, color and sulfide in influent were 905.2 mg·L^-1, 261.5 mg·L^-1, 446.8 mg·L^-1, 780 times and 45.9 mg·L^-1, respectively. It suggests that effluent quality of textile wastewater treated by coagulation,anaerobic contact tank and aerobic contact tank process can steadily meet the release standard for long term running.
