Fenton氧化去除榨菜生产废水COD 被引量:14

摘要 研究了Fenton氧化处理技术对榨菜废水COD去除的可行性,考察了反应时间、初始pH、初始Fe(II)浓度及H2O2用量等因素对榨菜生产废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,Fenton氧化技术可以有效实现对榨菜废水COD的去除,其最佳条件是:反应时间为120.0min,反应初始pH为3.0,c0(Fe(II))=50.0mmol·L-1,c0(H2O2)=16.7mg·L-1,在此条件下,榨菜废水COD去除率可达76.0%;当H2O2投加总量不变时,改变过氧化氢的投加方式,去除率随着投加次数的增多而增大,四次投加时,COD的去除率达到82.2%。 The Fenton processing technology for mustard COD removal feasibility test of reaction time, pH value, initial Fe (Ⅱ) concentration and the amount of hydrogen peroxide on mustard production of COD was studied. The results showed that Fenton technology can be effective in achieving the mustard COD removal, the best conditions are : reaction time of 120.0 min, the initial reaction pH 3.0, c0(Fe (Ⅱ))= 50.0 mmol· L^-1, c0(H2O2) = 16.7 mg·L^-1, in these conditions, mustard COD was up 76.0%; When hydrogen peroxide dosing total unchanged, hydrogen peroxide to change the dosage, dosage removal with the increase in the number increases to four dosage, COD removal rate reached 82.2%.
