摘要
使用培养驯化的活性污泥,经射流曝气工艺处理该絮凝后的废水,最佳工艺条件为:进水的pH为7,温度为30℃,混合液中总的悬浮固体浓度(MLSS)5000mg·L-1,气水体积比为2:1,曝气时间2h。在该最佳条件下处理后的废水,pH为7.5,COD98mg·L-(1去除率97.2%),BOD557mg·L-(1去除率93%),已经达到肉类加工工业水污染物排放国家一类水排放标准。
The wastewater which was flocculated by chitosan was treated by jet aeration process with activated sludge which was cultured and acclimated. The best condition of technology was: the pH of in-water was about 7.0, the temperature was 30℃, the mixed liquor suspended solid(MLSS) was about 5000 mg·L^-1, the ratio of gas-water's volume was 2:1, and the aeration time was 2 h. In this best conditions to deal with, the indicators of the wastewater was: pH of 7.5, COD of 98 mg· L^-1 (the removal ratio of COD was 97.2%), BOD5 of 57 mg· L^-1( the removal ratio of BOD5 was 93%). It can reach first water standards of the national wastewater emission standard of meat processing industry.
