摘要
汉麻韧皮纤维是用途广泛的纺织原料,具有许多其它纤维不可比拟的优良性能。本文采用扫描电镜、X衍射、红外光谱、紫外光谱仪等多种现代测试仪器和方法,对汉麻纤维的形态结构、分子结构、化学组成、微量元素含量等进行了分析研究,对汉麻纤维的力学性能、热性能、抗菌性能、防紫外性能、吸附性能等进行了测试分析,并有针对性地进行了机理探讨。在结构性能分析的基础上,本文作者还对所研究的汉麻纤维脱除木质素和果胶质的新工艺进行了介绍。
Bast fibre of China-hemp is a kind of textile material which is widely used and has excellent performance than that of other fibre. It was researched on morphological structure, molecular structure, chemical composition and content of microelement of China-hemp by modem method and test apparatus. For example, by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer infrared spectrometer and ultraviolet spectrograph and so on. At the same time, mechanical property, thermal property, antibacterial property, anti-ultraviolet radiation property and adsorption property were test and analyzed. On the basis of structure and performance analysis, new process of getting rid of lignin and pectic substance was introduced.
