摘要
目的探讨膀胱癌中S100A4的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测65例膀胱癌中S100A4的表达情况,分析其表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果S100A4的表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌中S100A4的表达与肿瘤的进展密切相关,是判断膀胱癌生物学行为、预测转移趋势的有价值的指标。
Objective To discuss the expressions of S100A4 in bladder cancer and the significance.Methods Expressions of S100A4 in bladder cancer were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method.Correlation between the expressions and clinial pathological features was analyzed.Results Expressions of S100A4 had positive correlation with histological grade and lymph node metastasis （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Expression of S100A4 was significantly associated with tumor progression in bladder cancer,which were valuable markers predicting biological behavior and trend of metastasis of bladder cancer.
