摘要 结合开关电源发展的现状,分析和研究了高频和大功率情况下的开关电源实现方案,并对20kHz/3kW开关电源的主电路和控制电路进行了理论设计和参数估算。PSPICE软件仿真分析,表明该系统设计可行,性能指标基本满足设计要求。 Considering the current development of switching power supply, a schene under high frequency and power was analyzed and studied. The main circuit and control circuit of 20 kHz/3 kW power supply were theoretically designed and their parameters were estimated. After simulated by PSPICE, this system turns out paraetical and its performance can meet the design requirements
