摘要
对真空断路器实际电寿命能力进行了有益的探讨。通过对2002~2006年间约500份真空断路器型式试验报告的分析和1年多合成试验用断路器单极分断情况的跟踪,验证性试验结果表明,就现有制造工艺和技术水平,满容量电寿命分断次数不能真实反映真空断路器实际的电寿命,真空断路器电寿命极限分断次数的潜力很大。该项研究有助于减少真空断路器使用的浪费。
The actual electrical endurance of vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) was discussed. By analyzing about 500 VCB type test reports during 2002 - 2006 and tracking the monopole breaking capability of a synthetic test circuit breaker for over one year, the results show that the breaking times under full capacity can' t reflect the actual electrical endurance of VCB, and its breaking limit has large potential. This study can help to reduce the abuse of VCB.
