摘要
目的:研究原发性肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中磷酸化PAK4(Phospho-PAK4)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:利用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学方法检测59例HCC组织和4例正常肝组织中磷酸化PAK4蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与肿瘤大小、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移和TNM分期等临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:59例HCC组织中磷酸化PAK4在肝癌细胞核表达阳性率100.0%,胞浆表达率仅5.1%,其中癌细胞核表达强阳性率32.2%,并与肝癌分化程度的高低、有无淋巴结转移和TNM分期具有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:PAK4磷酸化可能是其在HCC的发生发展过程中重要的调控方式之一。
Objective:To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of PAK4 (phospho-PAK4)in the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods : We analyzed the expression level of the phospho-PAK4 in the 59 HCC tissues and 4 normal liver tissues by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray, then studied the relationships among the expression of phospho-PAK4 with the size of tumor, cell differentiation, lymphoid node metastasis, and so on. Results:The expression of phospho-PAK4 was 100% in the HCC cell nucleus, 5. 1% in cytoplasm, 32.2% stronger positive expression in the cell nucleus. The expression of phospho-PAK4 had obviously relationships with part of clinical factor such as cell differentiation and lymphoid node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The phosphory/ation of PAK4 may be one of the considerable regulation ways in the carcinogenesis and development of HCC.
