摘要
通过采用智能功率驱动芯片L6235对控制系统驱动电路进行设计,实现由一路PWM信号和一路GPIO信号控制三相无刷直流电机的调速与换向,达到利用单个DSP对多电机进行控制的目的,降低了控制系统硬件资源冗余和驱动电路的体积与功耗。在此基础上,进行了电机位置控制实验。实验结果表明,该系统控制的电机响应时间短、控制精度高,具有优良的起动特性和制动特性,可获得良好的运动和控制特性。
By using the IPM L6235,the driving circuit is redesigned and achieves the goal that with one PWM signal and one GPIO signal control a three-phase brushless DC motor,therefore,one DSP can control many motors.As a result,the control system's volume and power consumption is reduced.Some ex-periments about the position control have been conducted.The results indicate that the designed control system has a good real time performance,high control precision,excellent start-up and brake trait,which betters the robots motion and control traits.
