摘要
提出了一种与加工方法无关的弧齿锥齿轮的精确设计方法。依据齿轮啮合基本定理,把弧齿锥齿轮的齿面作为空间自由曲面来处理,以球面渐开线及螺旋渐开面为基本数学手段推导出完整的设计算法并依据此方法做出三维实体造型。
It presents a new theoretical algorithm for spiral bevel which is independent of the pro-cessing method,it depends on the principal theorem of gear meshing,tooth flank of spiral bevel gear is treated as a free special curve surface,basic mathematical means which the free spacial curve surface is based on the spherical involute and helical involute surface deduces integrated design algorithm and fig-ures out three-dimensional entity moulding according to the methods.
