简要介绍了一种旋风式自动切管机床的机床和主轴箱的结构、设计特点,控制系统采用的是PLC控制器。这种机床主要用于自动流水线的下料,它既能手动操纵也可以按程序控制来加工定长的管材。
A structure and design character of the machine tool and spindle box of the automatic re-volving pipe cutter are briefly introduced.The machine adopts PLC controller system.The machine can be used for the blanking of automatic stream,which is not only manipulated by hand but also can complete the regular length cut of the pipe by programming.
