摘要
应用UG软件的三维实体建模功能,对干熄焦用电磁振动给料机的壳体进行参数化设计,并校核其质量。通过质量校核,发现值较小,不满足设计要求,所以进一步对壳体质量进行优化设计,保证了质量配比。试验表明,优化后的质量配比合理,使最大给料量达到设计要求。
Using the UG software's three dimensional entity modeling function,to carry on the parametric design of the shell about the CDQ electromagnetic vibration feeder,and check its mass. Through the mass examination,discovered the value is smaller,does not satisfy the design requirements, therefore further optimize the shell mass and ensure the mass ratio.Experiment enunciation,the excellent mass after turn go together with ratio reasonable,make biggest give anticipate quantity to attain design to request.
